There are places we just feel at home, and Starved Rock is one of them. The Lodge has that feeling of somewhere in the mountains, decades ago hand-hewn log beams, limestone walls, a massive fireplace built by hand back in the 1930s that still anchors the whole Great Hall.

Within the park, we have our own favorite spots corners of the canyons and overlooks we come back to again and again. This is where we got married, and it holds a special place in our hearts.
