Some wedding days feel less like a production and more like a room full of people who are exactly where they are supposed to be.
This day at the Carmon’s in Champaign had that feeling. Warm, close, emotional, and easy to be inside of. The kind of day where the best photographs were not forced, they were found. In the way people looked at each other, moved through the room, and seated into the celebration.
We photographed it quietly, giving direction when it helped and stepping back when the moment was already happening.
